JS library for httpd_gate communication

• Is a gate wich provides channels (no sources required here)
• As at C++ side channels offer subscriptions
• Unit Tests
  • Browser Mock using ChromeDriver (chromium-driver)
• Remove HTTPLib usage and HTTPLib itself replacing it with boost::asio and boost::beast
